By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the dynaimic mobile application and its associated backend services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Burak Ozaslan, operator of dynaimic ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
dynaimic is an AI-powered personal trainer that provides:

To use the Service, you must:
If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You sign in to dynaimic using Sign in with Apple. By doing so, Apple may share your name and email address (or an Apple Private Relay address) with us. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and devices secure. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
Premium may include an introductory free trial period (length displayed on the in-app paywall before purchase). You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the displayed regular price. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
A shortcut is also available inside the App at Settings → Manage Subscription.
If you re-install dynaimic or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases in Settings to re-activate Premium based on your Apple ID.
We may add, change, or remove Premium features over time. If we materially reduce Premium value mid-cycle, we will notify you and, where required by law, offer a pro-rated refund.
Because all purchases are made through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple via your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies. We can assist with Apple's process but cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

dynaimic uses large-language-model technology (currently OpenAI) to generate workout recommendations, coach messages, and program structures. Please read this section carefully.
To generate personalised workouts, your fitness profile, training history, body measurements, and performance feedback are sent to AI service providers' APIs. By using the AI workout-generation feature, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is sent and how it is handled.
dynaimic is not a medical device, and the Service does not provide medical advice.
The Service — including the App, branding, design, coach personalities, AI prompts, exercise database, routine templates, algorithms, and all related intellectual property — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use while you have an active account in good standing.
The exercise reference dataset is derived in part from the open-source wrkout/exercises.json project, released into the public domain under the Unlicense. We have substantially modified, edited, and extended that dataset for dynaimic. See the in-app Acknowledgements screen.
Pre-built routine templates (PPL, Upper/Lower, Full Body, 5/3/1, etc.) draw on well-known training methodologies in the public domain. Our specific implementations, exercise selections, progression rules, and configurations are proprietary.
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you provide to the Service, including:
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service — including sending data to AI service providers for workout generation. This licence terminates when you delete your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these documents.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, infrastructure issues, force-majeure events, or third-party outages may temporarily limit availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where the change materially affects you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account permanently from inside the App or by emailing us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use of the Service threatens our infrastructure or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure before terminating.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any workout, exercise description, coach message, or other content generated by the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us via the App Store for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dynaimic and its operator from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country in which you live.
Your use of the iOS App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA in a way that affects your rights as an Apple App Store user, Apple's EULA prevails. You acknowledge that:
